Free device insurance

We provide free insurance for all devices - if the device crashes, does not work or is stolen, we replace it with a new one, this is Lektro.lt's insurance.

Insurance conditions:

1. We replace the non-working device with a new one within 2-10 working days.
2. If the device does not work, send an e-mail to There is no need to send the device itself by mail to martynas@lektro.lt or info@lektro.lt.
3. A one-time franchise fee is applied to the insurance, 19eur for translation headsets and 39eur for translation equipment, in the event of a second insurance event, the franchise fee is re-applied.
4. The device can also be changed to a newer model, this is a matter of agreement.
5. In order to protect against abuse if the device is lost, a franchise fee of 29eur is applied for translation headsets, 59eur for translation devices and 99eur for Lektro Pro translation device.
6. If the device is stolen, a police report is required.
7. Insurance is unlimited within 3 years.
8. The insurance is valid for all orders made after 20:00 on 11/27/2025.
9. The insurance is not valid for a refund, it is only valid for a device replacement.
10. If all these conditions are met, the replacement of the device is satisfied.
11. In case of abuse of insurance, it is not applicable.
