Warranty for goods

We provide a guarantee for all products! During the 2-year period, you are entitled to 1 free product replacement if it breaks down and an unlimited number of replacements by paying the franchise fee, which is 19eur for translation headsets and 39eur for translation devices. The warranty service must meet only one condition, the warranty can be extended to a 3-year warranty after paying 40% of the device amount, the warranty can be extended to 3 years.

1. The product must be undamaged or otherwise not defective, if the product is damaged and defective, then it is subject to product insurance upon payment of the franchise fee.
