Lektrum.lt products can be purchased by:

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1–2 working days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment.

Parcels are shipped by registered delivery with a tracking number.

We deliver to the EU, UK, USA, and Norway via Lithuanian Post or partner courier services.

6. Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Returns are free of charge if the product is returned due to a quality issue.

Refunds are processed within 10 working days, usually sooner.

Translation headphones can be returned only unopened or defective, due to app activation code activation.
7. Warranty

Warranty is provided in accordance with applicable law.

During the 2-year warranty period, the Buyer is entitled to one free device replacement, provided the defect was not caused by improper use.

Warranty does not apply to damaged, water-damaged, or disassembled products.

Warranty service is provided only upon presentation of order confirmation or proof of payment.
8. Customer rights
