That's why we offer a 14-day return guarantee on all items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days.

How does it work?

1. After ordering the product, you have 14 days to try it.
2. If you decide that the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it, it is important that it is new, undamaged and has not lost its commercial appearance.

Return conditions:

• We make returns within 10 working days of receiving the product.
• We offer a full refund for the item, but shipping costs are not reimbursed.
• The product must be returned by Lithuanian post or postman at the customer's expense.
  
• goods cannot be returned if they are unpacked.
• Interpreter headsets can only be returned if they are defective or have not been unpacked. Each headset is assigned a unique code that gives you free use of the app for one year - this code expires once the headset has been activated, so we cannot take it back.
